On demand

On demand freezes during shows, throws me out to regular tv programs, also after no change in Chanel for more than 25 mins and it goes into a sleep mode, and stays stuck on a commercial. This is the xfinity wireless

Hello, @user_8ebab2, we'll always do all we can to help with your service. Since you have wireless equipment have you already reset your cable box and internet modem? You can also run a diagnostic check on your service with the Xfinity My Account app. This is a great way to test your service!
