Last week my On Demand did not work, I was on the phone for HOURS! and it finally got fixed after 4 days. 4 DAYS! Then AGAIN! today, I am not getting on Demand. Worst customer service - transferred to the billing department! Restart and restart and restart, doesn't work. Sick on being on the phone for hours with no permanent solution, so explanation of what is happening. Contemplating changing my service to Dish Network or something else, agents clearly not in the US and very hard to understand with accent. Just not worth it anymore.
