On Demand

Last week my On Demand did not work, I was on the phone for HOURS!  and it finally got fixed after 4 days. 4 DAYS!   Then AGAIN!  today, I am not getting on Demand.  Worst customer service - transferred to the billing department!  Restart and restart and restart, doesn't work.  Sick on being on the phone for hours with no permanent solution, so explanation of what is happening.  Contemplating changing my service to Dish Network or something else, agents clearly not in the US and very hard to understand with accent.  Just not worth it anymore.

That's not the experience we want for you @user_d94dd8! I use On Demand more than any other TV service, so I completely understand how upsetting this would be. I also don't like to be on the phone waiting for a resolution! Did you try troubleshooting the issue through our helpful Xfinity My Account app? It's not only a great place to check for any known issues that could be causing this to happen, but the troubleshooting will also walk you through some of the same steps we have on our end to help resolve common issues. It will also allow you to set up a technician visit if one is ever needed!
