On demand hasn't been working for the last few days. Is there something wrong or what?

Mine hasn't worked for 2 years. Comcast is no help. Their chat feature is a joke. "Get answers from Comcast agents" ya right. it is a system automated response that just sends you around in circles. My cable is working but when I ask to reboot it says it can't reach my system. Well how can you not reach me if I am watching the tv right now. They post no phone number on their site but when you get theirs hands on it they are useless 2. I spent hours with a tech and get no where. Who has time for it.
on demand hasn't been working for me either since yesterday 11/16/20. I even restarted my cable box. And I can't see the TV listings or what on each channel, it just says To Be Announced on all channels.
