ON DEMAND
Why am I paying for "on demand" services; when I am already paying a hefty monthly premium for these channels?
I should be able to go watch prior seasons of all the channels that I'm paying for.

Disclaimer: I am a Comcast employee
Access to content on demand is at the discretion of the content providers themselves, not Comcast. They themselves provide terms for what is and is not available on demand, whether free, included with subscription or at a price.

Okay, when did this start. I KNOW in the past I was able to view prior season of series.
If that's the case, my cable is like an insurance policy: "in case", just in case I decide one day to watch anything on demand, I'll have the option to do so.
This is bunk.
Thank you thoughl.

And they don't discount the sports channels as there are no new games being played.
Comcast answer, is to show re-runs of old games. Who's going to get together and watch old games. Oh, that's right ..no one. As we all need to social distance. 🙂
