On Demand Stopped Working
My On Demand service stopped working almost a month ago. I've worked with multiple support agents and techs both on phone calls and thru chats trying to resolve. I was initiall told the TV boxes (2) that I have were outdated and that's why it stopped. I was sent two replacements. Unfortunately, they were the exact same model and after spending several hours working (again) with more than one tech, we finally got the TV channels to return. But still no On Demand. So back to chat...and again was told the boxes needed to be replaced (firmware issues and the firmware in the "no longer manufactured" model I had could not be upgraded). Promised the replacements by in 3-4 days. After a week and no boxes, I once more jumped into the chat quigmire. Again, I was told I needed to replace the boxes...and I would get new ones...in 3-4 days. Well, I got them today and guess what - still exactly the same model - PR150BNM. Not even taking these out of the packaging, but would sure like to find out how to get my On Demand to work again. Ideas anyone?

Follow-up
Went to local xfinity store - explained situation, swapped wrong boxes for X1 and On Demand is working again. No explaination, but best guess is that service update occurred and on demand was no longer compatible with old box.
