On Demand Slow Remote Response Time

Since the beginning of December 2019 to present, on Demand has had a slow lag time. Takes forever to load. I’ve called several times & they do a system refresh. That doesn’t work. Replaced batteries in remote & that doesn’t work. They said maintenance in the area caused the problem & after they fix it, it works until the next day and it’s the same over & over again.
