On Demand 'sloppiness'

Regarding ON DEMAND:
1.  Suddenly, 'by Network' is at the END of Alpha TV Shows list. Fix It.  It has always been: TV SHOWS, BY NETWORK and then the ALPHA List
2.  Some shows are listed twice-1 with HD & 1 without.  This is CORRECT.  Some shows are listed once-1 with HD OR 1 without. This is NOT CORRECT 98% of the time.  Fix It.
3.   The list of shows is a mish·mash..Some Alpha AND some not. Fix It.

There must be/should be a list of procedures to follow when adding info to ON DEMAND.

The alphabetizing -- or often lack of -- is what drives me nuts.  If you can't find a movie or show title where it should be, just keep looking -- you may find it where it shouldn't be at all.

It's also inconsistent.  If a title starts with "A" or "The", it may be listed under "A..." or "The...".  Or it may be listed under the first letter of the next word.  Pick one way or the other and stay with it.

With series listings.....why is one episode sometimes listed twice?  (And another episode may be missing entirely.)

Comcast, whether you know it or not, your viewers depend heavily on the OnDemand.  It's a fantastic feature -- in fact, I think we watch shows and movies on it even more than on the regular channels.  It would be nice to know that we can depend on it.

Yeah, I'm aware of the 'keep looking thru the list' but for some reason the BY NETWORK position flipped me out 😫 so I decided to complain.

WE pay waaay too much for simple things to be a mish-mash because rules and/or procedures  are not followed OR not in place.  I'm a retired computer programmer, I know my complaints are VERY fixable.

I don't have HD so it really makes me crazy when only the HD version is listed.  If you have HD and only the SD version is listed you can at least still watch the program,  but if you don't have HD you're out of luck!
