On Demand purchase that I didn't make

​I got an email yesterday stating that I made an On Demand Purchase for $7.99 on April 16, 23 at 1:30 a.m. and I know ​

​that we didn't do that because we would have been in bed asleep.​ I would like to get this taken off of our bill.
