on demand not working. Programs will not load

More and more recently it appears that Comcast does not have enough back end server and/or storage capacity and/or bandwidth because programs, shows, or steaming services will not load. Either the program will never load or you get an opps message. I have business class Comcast internet, so it cannot be internet speed to my location.

Thank you for taking a moment to reach out about this. Are you still experiencing the OnDemand issue at this time? Is there an error on the channel(s)? Which channels are eye givign you trouble?

The problem is not consistent. It did not work when I posted (tried many times).  The next day it worked without issue.  Now today we are having issues again trying to load up and viewing programs on Netflix. It happens with multiple streaming channels inconsistently. It may not be all streaming channels when problems occur.

this is why it is so frustrating.
