On Demand not working cl 14 error code
My On Demand stopped working last Sat. afternoon. I called several times to Comcast where all the techs did was restart my system over & over & over again to be finally told I needed a new cable box. which I did. I hooked up my new cable box & I still can't get On Demand. I still get the error code CL 14. Refreshing does nothing! Unplugging & replugging it in does nothing! What can I do?
