on demand message need to upgrade to X1
Message viewed On Demand stating the loss of some networks/stations unavailable without upgrading to X1.
I have a non-X1 cable box with a monthly package add on: Digital Preferred including On Demand programing.
If I don't upgrade to X1 does this mean I can't see some of my stations On Demand anymore? If that's the case then I
would like to see what stations or networks are being eliminated so I can make a decision.

I receive text, on screen reminders and emails that I need to update to new X1 TV equipment. I ordered in early May and received e-mail with Oder # and that my equipment would be delivered within 3-5 days. Free standard shipping between May 2 and May 4. I have never received anything and when I try to order again, the message is TYiur order is in Progress. I went to an Xfinity St Louis Park MN and the person I met with said he could give me new boxes but it wouldn’t help as these are the same boxes I have. What is the problem? I tried Xfinity Assistant but that is just a black hole if getting no where. Who can I contact?
