On Demand listings have not been updated in 3 days

I know that the responsibility to update the On Demand TV show listings does not fall on Comcast, but I don't know who else to complain to.  I watch my favorite shows mostly with On Demand (and pay dearly for those particular channels), so to have the On Demand listings for all of the various networks I consume shows from (everything from TLC, to NatGeoWild, to HBO, to Bravo) not reflect any new episodes for three days in a row now is a real royal pain.  Does anyone have any information that would help?

Hi @CTV_OD ! Thank you for being an active part of our community. We sure do appreciate your loyalty to Comcast. I am sorry you have not been able to watch these episodes on On Demand. I do truly understand the disappointment. I am seeing we have a ticket in place and are aware The Good Doctor season 5 ep 1 is not updated yet. Rest assured we are working on it. I am not seeing a ticket in place for the Rookie. I would be happy to start one. I do need to collect some personal information from you to get it entered correctly.

I have similar issues. Some new episodes haven't posted for a week. New episode going to air on tv and can't watch previous.
