On Demand inaccessible on both boxes

Since about 2 Jan 2021, On Demand is inaccessible on both of my TV boxes, nor is the Search feature. TV channels are fine.

My boxes are Legacy ones. I do NOT want X1.

The error messages constantly change but the ones I remember are:
1 "snag on our network"
2. MOGSCNA
3. CL 14
4. CL 17

Help please. Thanks in advance.
