On Demand Does Not Work
Lately when I want to restart a program I get a subscription error like its not part of my subscripion and to go to xfinity.com and select shop/upgrade. This cant be right since the programs I want to watch are on the channels in my subscription. I have the largest package. I am also on the AMC Premium and I cant watch AMC shows on demand. Whats up with that?

I have this same issue since last Friday. After 3 phone calls and a trip to an xfinity store, I was told it would be fixed on Saturday. It is not fixed and I have had no follow-up communication.

Ditto, but my issues have been for almost 2 weeks. Went to the Xfinity store yesterday to grab a new DVR box, but issue is still happening. What's even worse...I can't record on any channels, except local, which means I missed out on a lot of football yesterday. I can't even watch ESPN! Go figure. Not the happy camper with Xfinity. They didn't even issue a 'notification' to customers of what has happened. When I spoke with the service center technician, they didn't even know what was happening and it wasn'tuntil I went to the store was I informed. Not good!!! I talked with billing this morning and told them they better credit my account a month for not being able to watch the channels that i'm paying for!
