On Demand and Cable Freezing

My On Demand and Cable have been freezing. Sometimes we lose the audio as well. Have restarted the modem and the cable box it has not resolved the issue. Trouble shooting via my account shows no isuues.

I have the same problem. Customer service tells me to reset the router/modem, cable boxes, etc. Nothing works. What do we pay for if we can’t use it?
