On Demand Access to Scripts Blackout of US Marshalls

How do I get access to a series of a show I recorded? The episodes during the scripts black-out just show the banner about the dispute.

@user_AU.wegl - Thanks for reaching out about E. W. Scripps (Scripps) programming. Comcast renewed its agreement with Scripps to carry its programming, and, at this time, all content has been restored. You should now be able to watch it as you would normally. Unexpected changes to your TV lineup can be frustrating, and Comcast appreciates your patience as they worked to bring back Scripps’s programming. For more information on how programming agreements work, visit www.xfinity.com/howitworks.

If you recorded episodes during the blackout, the DVR likely only captured the "dispute banner" because that was the only signal being broadcast.  The downside is those specific files cannot be "fixed" because the actual show was never transmitted to your box. The good news is now that the channels are back, you can likely find those missed episodes via Xfinity On Demand. Since the agreement is active, the licensing for On Demand content has also been restored.

To find the episodes that were blacked out, press the Xfinity button on your remote, and navigate to Saved > Recordings to see if any new airings have been scheduled. Alternatively, use the Voice Remote and say "U.S. Marshals" to see all available episodes. Look for the "On Demand" versions to fill in the gaps from the last month. Please let us know if this helps!

If the channel is still missing, I recommend restarting your TV Box by removing it from power for at least 30 seconds before plugging it back in, and/or using the Xfinity app or saying "System Refresh" into your Voice Remote to force a signal update to the box.
