No Standard Definition selection on a History Channel On-Demand item

Hello:

In the On-Demand selection for "Hunting Hitler, The Final Chapter" on History Channel, for the Free/123-Minute Standard and HD options, when you select Standard Definition, the following selection-item within the On-Demand system is also for HD.  Hence, there is no selection for Standard Definition.

The Standard-Definition option needs to be changed to that it is not for HD.
