No On Demand

Well another week has gone by with no On Demand service. I called CS numerous times and doing nothing to fix the problem. The error code is CL-17. I did all the reset and steps provided and nothing. This is ridiculous. Sick of all these problems having with Comcast and getting nothing solve.
