I'm having the same issue and have had the issue for several weeks. If I press On Demand on the remote I get the error message CL-17; if I go through the Search feature, I get MOGSCNA. I've unplugged the cable box, that didn't fix it. I've logged in and had Comcast restart the cable box. Still nothing.
