NFL live games not working paramount plus
When I try to play a live nfl game on my paramount plus in my xfinity account in my tv, all it shows is a black screen with nothing happening. I tried disconnecting the xfinity device from my tv, signing out from my paramount plus account, unplugging the xfinity device for minutes. Though when I go back in, I’m still faced with the issue.. I’m seeing this happens with all sports in paramount plus when I use xfinity but weirdly it works when I use it on my phone and laptop.. but I want to watch it on my tv. Is there any troubleshooting that can fix this?? I’m really at a point that I’m just going to use a Amazon fire stick since it works there..

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
