NBC's La Brea s01e06 is NOT available; it's a copy of episode 5

NBC's La Brea, s01e06 "The Way Home" is missing from On Demand.  There is a menu entry for episode 6, but when you play it, it is actually a copy of episode 5 "The Fort".  This is the case for X1, the Xfinity Stream website on a PC, and the Xfinity Stream Android app.

This issue now appears to be fixed.  The proper episode 6 is now available.  I'm not exactly pleased that it took 10 MONTHS to get this problem fixed, and that this episode will only be available for 25 more days before it expires from On Demand.  But, fixed is fixed.

Please send a private message with your first and last name, as well as complete service address to "Xfinity Support". To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

 

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  4. Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  5. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  6. Press Enter to send your message
