My Purchases- Missing movie purchases

Hi. Someone went to my grandmothers house and said they know how to fix the TV for her.  Instead of just restarting it the system they deleted all the Xfinity data on the TV. Does anyone know how to recover 40+ purchases. It is all she knows how to put on and she is very sad about the loss !! I contacted support a bunch but kept getting generic technical support bots telling me how to reset/refresh the system. 

Is there any way of fixing this issue. Thanks so much
