Movie Downloaded in a Foreign Language

I purchased Doolittle over the weekend.  Started watching the movie and it is in a foreign language.  Everything I watch, see on TV is in English.  Language is set to English.  Why would this happen?  I do not want to pay for a movie that I cannot watch.
