Missing PBS Programs

Call the Midwife,  S12, episodes 7 and 8 have not been uploaded to On Demand.   Also,  Tom Jones, S1, episode 1 has also not been added.   Please don't blame PBS.  I've already contacted them and was informed that they forwarded these programs to Comcast.   Could someone please look into this.   PBS shows are only available for a limited time.   Thanks

Call the Midwife 1207 and Marie Antoinette 107 from last week have been added to On Demand.

Tom Jones 101 is still missing.

Missing On Demand programs are not limited to PBS. A random check of channels confirms that a number of episodes have not been uploaded to On Demand. Xfinity showcases many great new programs as well, and the malfunction of the On Demand Find Shows search feature (M!DCBPF) does not allow customers to fully enjoy On Demand. Please solve these problems.

Thank you for sharing more about what is happening, @Rosedale1. We don't want your service working like that and will get to the bottom of this. With that error, we would need to try to send some signals to your equipment as the next step. Have you tried a refresh and a restart signal for the cable box or had an agent send one?

Hello.   Episode 8 of Call the Midwife still hasn't been added.   This is the final episode of Season 12.  Please upload this episode before time runs out.
