Missing OnDemand episode

I was going to binge watch the last season of Law & Order: SVU season 27 before the next season starts, but it seems that episode 3 (A vicious circle) is only available to buy, even though it's available on NBC.com using my xfinity login.

Can someone please look into this, I pay the outrageous cable costs so that I can watch things on my TV, not on phone or computer screen.

@epictale Thanks for adding a post. Sometimes the networks charge for certain episodes, while making the rest free. It is all up to them and what they release for free or paid content. We suggest setting a recording to capture it when it is free to stream in the future.

Maybe instead of giving me a canned answer, since it is FREE on the NBC network with my xfinity login you could try contacting NBC to see what's going on. Sometimes things fall off unexpectedly, and it takes a little bit of intervention to get it back. Especially considering all the other episodes are free and things haven't gone to the next season yet.

Just as a friendly heads-up, we don't have control over the On Demand content that's made available, nor do we have a way to request that networks add specific episodes or shows to their lineup. That said, we'd be happy to help troubleshoot. Have you tried performing a System Refresh to see if that helps resolve the issue?

So you can't contact the network and say something like "hey, for some reason this particular episode is missing in our OnDemand list. Did something go wrong or is there a way it could be re-added?"

I'm not looking for an off the wall episode, like something from season 1-26 which have come and gone, or a show that's not intended to be there, just because I want to watch it.

Also, based on what you asked, how would I reset the xfinity Stream app, that also has the episode missing when all other episodes of that season are still there?
