I also wanted to remind you that we upload the content provided to us by the networks. Availability, pricing, and broadcast are subject to their discretion. For more information on how to request channel content, please visit this link. Do you have any examples of the HD movies that you feel are missing?
As for the missing "Q-S" folder, I've done some research on my end, and the folder is available. I wanted to know if you can perform an Account Refresh, and let me know if the folder is available again. If not, I'll need to open a ticket for the Advanced Repair Team for a fix.
