Missing Episode of "800 Words" in On Demand Menu

Is there a reason that season 2 episode 13 of UP show "800 Words" is not available On Demand?  Episodes 2.10, 2.11, 2.12 and 2.14 are in the menu for free, but the only listing for 2.13 is to buy it.
