Lost Purchased Movies After Move

I lost all my purchases after moving to a new address.  Can you restore them?

You will need to call in to repair and they can get the purchased programs transferred to your new account. Any agent in Loyalty, or repair and submit this request to get the transfers completed.

Hey, @user_0f5eda! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I hope your move went smoothly! Were you able to get your purchased movies moved over to your new account? If not we can certainly get that resolved for you here. Would just be a matter of looking at your old account and getting it transferred. Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon and enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?
