Issue with "Your Favorite Movies For Free"

Saved/For You/ Your Favorite Movies For Free

 

The feature above stopped working correctly yesterday (only the first 12 movies are now displayed).  I tried "restart" then later "refresh" but neither remedied the problem.  Is this something unique to me, an update going on, or a widespread issue?

Stopped working for me as well. Only a few movies listed here. There are movies I have access to that don’t show here now. Only 12 items showing.

Ran a refresh, a restart, unplugged and replugged after a minute and waited overnight and still not corrected. Please fix.

Happend last September/October too, and again for me a couple days ago.  I think it's afraid of all the horror movies I am adding or it's trying to scare me more by forcing me to see only the first twelve without knowing what's coming next... it shows what they don't know, I have so many in there and so many on DVD that I forget what's next anyways.

Currently working with advanced tech. Level one service was unable to resolve. Sadly wasn’t aware of the favorite movies for free and needed a screenshot to prove it.

I'm sure it will go back eventually, like it did last year.  They likely have something on their mind about Halloween season horror movies that they don't know how to say so this is how they communicate.

Update. Engineers confirm an update has limited the number viewable to 12. Thinks it was changed to see if anyone notices. I love this feature. Mentioned limited number logically doesn’t make sense and needs to go back. Told me engineers will think it’s a real problem if everyone experiencing this actually calls Comcast with this specific. service
complaint Complaint here won’t cut it. I’ve done my part.

Lucky for us you've gotten in touch with them (somehow).  Do they read this forum or is it just a place for us to vent until they accidently or randomly fix the issues we're talking about?  Definitely a "glitch" of some kind and completely baffling to me how it could exist without them knowing about it.
