Interview with the vampire.....

 Boo hiss!

On demand episode 7 issues..... the music plays but the dialog is silent.  What is happening?

Thank you so much for reaching out through Xfinity Forums! We would be happy to help with troubleshooting your On Demand services. Have you tried troubleshooting steps such as restarting your box to see if that helps with the issue?

That is amazing news! Was it something in particular you did on your end that helped fix the problem? If so, would you mind sharing the steps you took here so that others in the community can benefit from it. Or did the issue resolve on its own? I really do appreciate your time today.
