I keep getting billed for on demand purchases that I am not making

I set up a pin on my on demand box because I never want to buy anything from on demand, but I keep getting notifications that random on demand movies are being ordered on my account. I have no idea why and suspect that someone else's on demand box purchases are getting crossed in Xfinity's system and being billed to my account. Please help.
