I don’t have captions on anything rented from Xfinity on demand

I am partially deaf and need closed captions to watch movies. None of the past few movies on XOD have had captions and they were all new movies too. 
I tried every option listed unplugged box reset router checked settings switched CC on then off switched font styles and still no captions 

currently it is happening on The Death Of Robinhood
