I demand a refund on my purchase of Season 5 Yellowstone Part 1 and 2 SD That I just paid for on my past bill.
It is Jan 4th and the date for episode 8 has not unlocked from Viacom. I will not purchase any more on demand content due to the poor service and delays of this program. Others companies have it online since Monday the 2nd. I demand a full refund of Season 5 of Yellowstone in SD format Yellows. S5 All-buy Nov 18, 10:56pm $26.99 due to Comcast not providing content.

Hello, @user_7fd904. Episodes are available through On Demand when the network releases them to us. If you still do not have access, could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.
• Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
