HBO ON DEMAND NOT AVAILABLE??

I was watching ON DEMAND HBO yesterday and today and poof! All of suddenly it’s gone. Restarted the TV Cable box, etc., etc. It reappeared for a few seconds and then gone again!! HBO IS PART OF MY PACKAGE PLAN! Please explain. THANK YOU.
