HBO MAX Cannot sign-in even though it's part of my plan
I cannot sign into HBO MAX, even though it's part of my plan. I have called support 5 times and spent a total of 11 hours on the phone or chat with them over the past 30 days. I have been escalated to a higher level of support, but they still have not rectified the situation. Support has verified that it is on my plan and they walk me through the simple process (over and over and over again). I even called HBO and they could not help me. Their support tries to help, usuall y says they will "call me back" but seldom do. There appears to be no way to get to a higher level to complain or get results. So frustrating! Someone just please fix the problem! Hopefully a manger will read this and get something done.
