"Hang tight your connection will resume shortly"

While watching ABC News, for the past three days I am getting this constant interruption with the message..."Hang tight...your connection will resume shortly." If is getting more and more frequent. I have unplugged the FLEX and I have reset the modem, neither of which has helped.

I am seeing the same for last 2 days (4.15.21-4.16.21)

I spoke to xfinity yesterday and today- they and I have reset everything....

and it didn't get better- it's actually happening every 2-4 mins, very irritating.
