free Peacock as Diamond member (whoopee)

Offered free Peacock but I have to know my sign in info to cancel the lower tier FREE Peacock xfinity already gave me, No idea what the password or email is.  Not a fav app but ok free.  Xfin HELP cannot tell me or fix anything.  WHen I try to change password on line the form asks for my credit card or PayPal info.  Yeah sure.  Also my Xfin service drops out regularly between hours of 6am and 4pm every day.  Have to switch to smart tv apps.  Cannot use xfin. I have to Reboot 3 or more times every day.   Everything stutters, freezes, and they post little apologetic messages "Like we are sorry. We are working on the problem"

But all is peachy because XF HELP offered me a FREE PHONE for a year! Why would I ever consider adding anything to this terrible, expensive service.   I must escape!
