FOX Nation COPS Episodes not updating

Every Friday FOX Nation releases a new episode of COPS. However, many weeks Xfinity never updated. This last Friday no new episode showed in the X1 Episode Guide or on the FOX Nation On demand channel. 

The episode was available directly in the FOX Nation app outside of Xfinity. 

What gives? I pay for FOX Nation through Xfinity and expect it to update when they post new episodes.
