Error Code MOGSCNA

I have been getting this error code for about a week now. I do not have any ondemand, channel information, or channel guide. I was told to refesh the box and that would fix the peoblem. No such luck for refesh is staying it cannot access my box. This is very frustrating and for the cost I am paying Xfinity you would expexct better service. How do I fix this provlem?

Have the same problem. It's Comcast fault. You don't have to change your box. You have to get them to update signal. Its an outside problem.
