Error code MOGSCNA

I have been without my On Demand a week now. I can’t get anyone to help through customer service. They keep Dayan agent will not be able to help with technical issues. Then they say it will be resolved as soon as possible. Well that’s been 2 days since they said this to me. I need some answers.
