Error code CL-14
For the past year my on demand has rarely worked. The same time I added Xfinity internet-which rarely works. I know they can work...it’s a simultaneous thing. I’ve done the troubleshooting on both, even switched out the modem for a different model. So I’ve paid for a year’s service, but have only had maybe a month of service. I doubt I’ll get an 11 month refund, but while I’m being quarantined, it would nice to watch something other than the news!!! Help!!!
