Error Code CL-13

All tv's have been working and all of a sudden this week one TV can no longer get the guide nor the XOD.  Nothing has changed.  I have unplugged the power to the unit and the cable for over an hour.  I then plugged everything back in and made sure all connections were tight.  Same issue persists
