error CL-17 for ON-Demand

ON Demand cannot find the program requested.  Please correct programming at the server.

We would love to help with any troubles you are having with your On-Demand services. Can you tell us a little more about your experience?

 

What are you trying to watch when you receive this error? Can you also tell us what types of troubleshooting steps you've already tried so far?

I has tried to access the show on 5/28 early afternoon to see if it was available, and it was.  Then on 5/28 in the evening, I tried again and got the notice that On-Demand was not working, code CL-17.

Looking on line I saw the recommendation to unplug the DVR, wait a few minutes and then restart  I have restarted the DVR box twice when that did not correct the problem I called tech support and they reset the modem which also did not help.

The program I am trying to reach is NCIS New Orleans, the final show on 5/23/2021.
