DVR recordings not showing on TV
My DVR recordings (recorded and scheduled) only show up under “for you” or under “all”. They do not show up under the specific box they are recorded on. I have tried rebooting the box, but the problem still exists. This has just happened in the last 24 hours. Yesterday everything was working fine.

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
