Difficulties with Activating Peacock

Judging from the threads that I have seen on this website, many other Xfinity customers have the same problem that I have. As a Diamond level rewards member, I am eligible for Peacock Premium, and over the past nine months, I have tried several times to activate my service, but each attempt has been unsuccessful. I have been on the phone with several different Xfinity representatives who send me links to the same webpages that explain how to activate Peacock, but each attempt has ended with my being told "We're sorry but your account isn't eligible for this Peacock offer." I am very, very frustrated. I would love to hear from someone who can help me solve this problem.
