Delete Up Faith and Family

Trying to remove Up Faith and Family from my account.  For some reason it was added to my account.  I tried chatting online with Xfinity and received zero help.  I called to 1-800 number and spoke to someone that was not in this country.  He said he couldn't help me.  Issue needed to be resolved on my TV.  I've searched and haven't been able to find anywhere on the TV to cancel the program.  I'm beyond frustrated.  Xfinity doesn't make it easy to talk to someone.  Zero help.

To send a direct message [private message]:

  •    Click "Sign In" if necessary
  •    Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://comca.st/3RwVO9g
  •    Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  •    The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  •    - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •    - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •    Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •    Press Enter to send it
