CL 17 error

  1. Several weeks now.  Have unplugged, re-set, checked/replaced cables.  No change

I also had the same fault & error code plus tried unplugging the cable box power for a couple minutes to reset it; no luck! The fault was corrected by using the on line call back request by Comcast Technical service which sent a RESET code to my box! I assume the Comcast reset is somehow different than the power down reset?

Reset didn't work for us. Annoying to pay so much each month for no service.
