channel subscription required to record on dvr
Yet I have the channel. Trying to record a show tomorrow night on the CW. Used to have 2 exact same CW channels, now ones gone so I trying to record on the other. I’m able to view the channel and watch it, but I cannot record anything on this channel. No changes to my xfinity package. System refreshed both the tv box and the other thing that allows system refresh once every 24hr. Getting super frustrated.

I like using my DVR to record all my favorite shows so I can understand the inconvenience that this can cause. You've come to the right family over social media to help. Can you tell us a little bit more about when you started to notice this issue? Did this just start happening? Are you experiencing this issue on multiple set-top boxes?
