Can't watch purchased season 4 of Yellowstone
I purchased season 4 of Yellowstone and episode 4 is not showing.
Called Xfinity several times with no clear answer, except that the show Yellowstone has an outage.
This sounds made up to me .
I've never heard of such a thing as one tv show episode outage.
Went through all the [Edit - language] to no avail.
Anyone else have issues or a way for me to watch what I just paid for.
Episodes 1-3 played fine.
Episode 4 is just not there.

I've been trying to find out why I can't see episode 5 and was told their engineers are looking into the issue as they have had several complaints. I was told it should be resolved on Dec 4. They are supposed to contact me then, and if they don't, I'll call again. Very frustrating!

I had the same issue. Had to upgrade my service and new 2 year contract to get Yellowstone on the Paramount network. Now they have 5 times as many television commercials and even selling local commercials. I also could get the episodes on demand until 4 days after it aired. I called them and they had no answers but they did tell me that i would not get a cancellation charge if i did it within 30 days of upgrading. I canceled my TV and Internet with them. Signed up for Dish and everything works perfect and ZERO TV commercials.

I think it's pretty lousy and greedy that the season premier recorded, but now I can't watch any other episodes without subscribing to Paramount Plus. With what we pay for cable, it just ludicrous.

I think it's pretty greedy that I was able to DVR Episode 1 of Season 4 of Yellowstone, but now to continue I have to subscribe to Paramount Plus for an additional fee. With what we all pay for cable, this is just pure greed.

I purchased Yellowstone season 4 for 17.99 and also had issues. I had an earlier episode not available so I paid another $2.99 to get it. ( It wasn’t worth spending hour on the phone to try and get it.)
Now Episode 9 is not available to me and it says I have to upgrade my package to get it. This is getting so frustrating I can hardly stand watching anything that isn’t streaming.

I also purchased the 4th season and watched up to the 8th episode but when it came for the 9th I had a room full of family and friends and couldn't get it. telling me to subscribe for something I had already purchased.

So tired of not getting what I paid for. Purchased the entire season and the person in customer service said it wasn't showing on their end. So I purchased a couple episodes. Now my bill shows I was charged for the entire season plus 4 episodes. Now it wants me to buy episode 9. Get it together Xfinity. This is unacceptable!

I was on chat for 45 minutes last night trying to get episode 9 of Yellowstone. Rebooted my system twice with no success. I finally out of frustration hung up the call. I am so fed up with Xfinity. When you are paying over $200 bucks a month for TV and internet and then pay an extra $17.99 for a series that they cannot figure out how to deliver its time to look for something else.

I am having the same issue through Xfinity! So frustrating. I have been checking everyday thinking it was just delayed, but I guess I will have to call Xfinity too, and hopefully will have better luck.

We purchased season 4 and the current episode states it was purchased by HD. I can by it through Viacom but I already purchased the series. How can I get this resolved?

Same issue here. We bought season 4 and still can’t watch episode 9.. happened last week as well. Have sat on the phone with technical support for hours.. have been told 3 times that it’s resolved but still hasn’t been resolved. Very frustrating

Same issue! Paid for the whole season now not showing after EP. 9 ridiculous when Xfinity changes the terms after you pay for the whole season on demand poor business practices.
