cannot access ESPN Unlimited content

I followed instructions to click the Activate Now in the email offer for free ESPN unlimited. I went to the ESPN app and created and logged into MyDisney and then to the Xfinity login, both of which said Successful, but it doesn't allow access to content and continues to send me back to a window to select which plan I want to buy. My Xfinity app shows ESPN Unlimited is Active, I've signed out of both MyDisney and Xfinity provider, going out/back into the ESPN app, repeated for multiple devices, but no success.  I restarted the gateway and rebooted the X1 box, signed out/in multiple times in the ESPN app, same result.  Any help available?

@user_demoat18 Thanks for reaching out. We can certainly help you look into this issue since it sounds like you have taken the correct steps to get it going. Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address. We can then check that it shows properly subscribed or not.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.

“My Xfinity Subscription Hub shows ESPN Unlimited as Included and Active, but my MyDisney/ESPN account shows no subscription. When I select Unlimited content, ESPN asks me to authenticate with Xfinity. Authentication succeeds and sends me back to Xfinity, where Unlimited again shows Active, but ESPN never receives the entitlement. Please check which MyDisney email address my ESPN Unlimited entitlement is provisioned to and reprovision/relink the entitlement if necessary.”   I am so frustrated.  I have been trying for several months with at least 10 phone calls to Xfinity, 2 home visits by techs and 2 visits to the Xfinity store.
